Do not confuse Type M42 with Type M52 (fits IM C2510–C6010 office color MFPs). They are different cards for different machine classes.

How to install Type M42

- Open the controller-side cover; insert the SD card into the marked PS3 slot, label facing out.
- Power on and let the machine detect the option during boot.
